VCI Fabrication

We operate as a vertically integrated manufacturer, producing our own specialty films, composites, and VCI chemistries in-house. This allows us to engineer customized packaging solutions ranging from VCI heat shrink film with UV resistance to shrink film laminated with PET fabric and heavy-duty woven or PE-PP composite structures.

Customers can request for specific packaging materials, and our team evaluates compatibility with our proprietary VCI formulations to ensure proper performance. We also support full custom fabrication, including CAD design and engineering for large specialty bags, zippers, hatch covers, and other complex shapes. Our production capabilities allow us to tailor both materials and structure to meet the demands of military, oil & gas, heavy equipment, renewable energy, and EV battery industries.
