问：为什么在包装对象和VCI薄膜之间有3~25厘米的间隙，以达到最佳的防腐蚀效果？
A:
这是因为间隙的计算是为了在需要防腐的产品和包装材料之间保持适当的距离/空间，在这种情况下，VCI薄膜（GreenVCI薄膜系列），以便薄膜的气化颗粒能够有效地分散在空间中，在整个金属表面形成共价键。
然而，对于VCI纸（绿色VCI纸生产线），由于其瞬间的挥发性，最经济的做法是将包装材料尽可能靠近产品，以减少空间以及运输成本。
Q: Why is there a gap of 3~25cm between the packaging object and the VCI film for optimal anti-corrosion effect?

It is because the gap is calculated to maintain an appropriate distance/space between the product that needs to be corrosion-protected and the packaging material, in this case, VCI Film (GreenVCI Film line) so that the vaporized particles from the film can effectively disperse in the space to form a covalent bond on the entire metal surface.
However, for VCI Paper (GreenVCI Paper line), owing to its instant volatility, it is most economical to apply the packaging material as close as possible to the product to reduce space as well as transportation costs.
