- VCI Peelable Coating Liquid (GreernVCI GVL400) is a water-based and eco-friendly VCI product that gets brushed or sprayed onto the surface of metal to protect the metal from chipping, scratching, water spots, and corrosion. After drying the coat, which takes about 20-40 minutes on room temperature up to 2 hours for a complete dehydration and dehumidification, the covered layer or the VCI coat (the recommended thickness is 0.1 mm) on the metal surface can provide up to 6 months of temporary anti-corrosion protection.
